I am looking to recruit for a hugely prestigious and rigorously Quality is everything minded client a very dynamic, fast paced and an ambitious Quality Manager to over see the Quality Function involving management of Quality Control, Quality Assurance Manufacturing Operations and Quality Assurance Systems, and Analytical/Statistical/Technical Departments with direct responsibility of 25-30 Direct Reports.
The incumbent must meet the essential skills and profile requirements as follows:
UK BASED Experience
4-5 Years of Quality Management Experience in QC- Manufacturing and Laboratory, QA-Manufacturing Operations and QA Systems, and Analytical/Statistical/Technical Management Experience
+ Certified and Trained Lead Auditor - ISO9001 or Desirably ISO13485
+ Experience in Various Testing (Elasticity, tensile, viscosity, strength), Analytical and Statistical Processes
+ Experience in Manufacturing and Compounding Processes involved in polymer manufacturing.

Graduate or Post Graduate or over- Chemistry or Polymer or Quality oriented discipline Individual with the following personal qualities Committed, Dynamic, Pragmatic, Ambitious, with a flare of Leadership and professional attitude, Indulgent who would posses great influencing skills across all levels by use of tactical, diplomatic and assertive/authoritative personal tone and presentation skills, a charismatic individual with a meticulous and an articulate spoken and written communication skills. A person who will reward well for hard work of his/her subordinates, who is known to be fair and firm with colleagues. A person who above all would value the importance of Quality and value getting things done right as a critical requirement.
