Job Description:
Experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager/Executive- Central Belt Scotland - A68 Corridor 40 miles south of Edinburgh

The Company:
With several hundreds of employees, a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialisation of prescription medicines for the treatment of unmet therapeutic needs in major markets. With commercial operations throughout the rest of the UK and Europe and a US head office the clients site based in Scotland is a development and research division.

The Position
A result from continual expansion accompanied with a rigorous growth has seen several promotions within the division and as such my client is seeking to recruit for an experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive or a Regulatory Affairs Manager with direct experience specific Regulatory Affairs Strategies implementation and submissions

The Role:
In short this position is related to taking charge in the Regulatory Affairs division and driving forward robust regulatory affairs strategies as may become applicable to the business. The role will work in conjunction offering Regulatory support ( from RA and not Regulatory Compliance) perspective to the Quality, Commercial and Business Development teams. Depending on your calibre and the experience you possess the client will hire you either as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive or as a Regulatory Affairs Manager

Essential Proven Experience
Regulatory Affairs Registration, Submission and Strategy Implementation through Recognition, Centralisation and Decentralisation Procedures (MRP, DCP, CP)
+ Regulatory Affairs Experience and Competent Use of RA Strategy Implementation in the UK and EU and other International Markets
+Competent in RA Submmision and Dossier Compilation on CTD or eCTD Formattis and Various Modules associated with dossier compilation.
+Other experiences such as Renewals, Abriged Applications, Pre and Post Renewals process.

Plus the Profile:
Educated to a Degree or a Post Graduate in a Scientific Discipline
+ Dynamic and Ambitious

+ People Person with good interpersonal, effective communication and team playing skills
+ highly influential and leadership skills.
