Operations Manager- Manufacturing Sector- Midlands

My client is a successful and a well established business involved in manufacture of high class plastic storage & dispensing units and mouldings services provider. With an astounding reputation in the fuel, oil and gas and liquids storage market and partnership with key players in the market they have reassuringly continued to grow across all areas. Due to this there has been a chain of promotions internally across many divisions and they are now looking to recruit for an Operations Manager

The Role
To manage production and manufacture operations and lead team leaders and supervisors in Manufacture, Production, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality & Continuous Improvement and Engineering function.

The Person:
HND or Educated to a Degree or a Post Graduate in any discipline the Operations Manager will have first hand experience in Operational Management roles from the manufacturing sector and would have proven experience of leadership and be able to influence highly talented and motivated individuals. The operations manager will also have first hand experience and working background of Production, Manufacture, Quality and Engineering area.
