Job Description:

Based in TA4 area I am looking to recruit for a Shift Team Leader to cover production shifts 0400-1200 Hours and 1200-2000 Hours alternate weeks Monday to Friday.

Fundamentals
Basic Salary=25K per annum (Paid Weekly)
Quality Related Bonus= 2K Per Annum (Paid Weekly)
20 Days= Annual Holidays
8 Days= Bank Holidays
Contributory Pension= 4% Employer and 5 % employee
Life Assurance

The role will involve running a shift of 7-10 Team Members, organising work load, converting orders to load sheets, discipline manufacturing and all production needs.

The ideal candidate will be within a commuting distance of say 15-25 Mile radius from TA4 and will have the following essential work experience

The person must have proven production shift management
+ Familiar with ISO9001 Standards
+ Familiar with 5s with demonstrable experience of 5s
+ HSE
+ Desirably some rotational moulding experience would be an added
advantage
