Trainee Recruitment Consultant
At North Point Recruitment, we believe in giving our consultants vast amounts of responsibility. Within your first week of employment you will be dealing with senior people in a variety of organisations across the country, by the end of your first month you will be managing a national client portfolio, and by the end of your second month you will be helping a diverse range of companies to source rare and highly skilled technical candidates.
Other agencies employ senior sales professionals for these demanding and prestigious roles; at North Point we employ ambitious, talented and persuasive junior candidates. Our success has been based on finding the right sort of junior candidate and giving them enormous amounts of responsibility. Work for us, and you can realistically expect to earn up to 30k in your first year, 50k+ in your second year. Extensive training program
The role will be based from our offices in Central Manchester.
We are looking for bright, ambitious and driven individuals; people with a real talent for communication and persuasion. It is likely you will be of graduate calibre and have worked in roles requiring negotiation, influence or communication skills. You will be the sort of individual who has serious career aims, is competitive and spurred on by meeting and exceeding targets. The total amount of your experience is less important to us than your drive, personality and ability to charm, persuade and beguile.
